Living in West Texas on a cotton farm, and having raised 2 children, I find time to create as much as possible in my little 'art room'. I never had art in school, but have drawn and doodled my whole life, along with sewing, quilting, etc. I have taken some workshops from some well known artists. I love to paint bright colors, but also nostalgic subjects.I used to be just a watercolor painter, but 2 years ago, I discovered Torn Paper collage, and I love it, and am doing it too. My philosophy is that it is 'just paint and paper, not a matter of life or death, so just enjoy the journey!'
I am available for workshop, and teach in my home town.
